Lionel and Rose Louise were James’ youngest children and Herbert’s siblings. James and Emma had three children, Herbert was the eldest (1882-1940), the second born was Rose Louise (1890-1961), who married Basil Henriques, and the youngest, Lionel Louis Loewe (1892-1989). This photograph was probably taken at the turn of the twentieth century when the family lived in London.
